Looking for world-class online workload management tools? Consider Bitrix24, free workload management software used by over 10 million teams worldwide, ranging from small mom-and-pop operations to very large organizations, like the United Nations, with tens of thousands of employees. Bitrix24 comes with 5 different workload management tools, most of which are 100% free.
By definition, workload management is all about employee task and time management. Each employee works only a certain number of hours a day, usually 8 or 9, during which they are responsible for completing a certain number of tasks. The goal of workload management is to arrange employee work time in the most effective manner, making sure there are no idle time or scheduling conflicts.
Advanced workload management. Also known as intelligent workload management. This tool lets you assign employees to specific tasks as well as the number of hours for each task. Bitrix24 then calculates a total number of hours (total workload) for each specific project. After that, Bitrix24 will track ACTUAL time spent by each employee on each task or project and show you actual workload vs planned workload. This is great if you bill your clients by the hour and want to understand your profit margins on each project.
Task involvement. This simple chart shows you in real time planned workload for each of your workers.
Supervisor view. Shows supervisors, team leaders and department heads all tasks assigned to, and workload of all subordinates.
Gantt workload chart. Shows employee workload on a Gantt chart on a calendar grid.
Workload Kanban board. Allows to plan and manage employee workload via Kanban boards and workload calendars.
