Automation Rules: Customer Information can:
  • Modify Contact. For example, if the responsible person for a deal changes, the rule can also change the responsible person for the contact.
  • Modify Company. For example, the rule can change the responsible person or the type of company linked to the deal.
  • Add Customer to Exceptions. This rule adds the client's phone and email to exceptions when a CRM entity reaches a certain stage.

Automation Rules: Employee Alerts can:

The automation rule can notify specific sales agents or entire departments. For example, inform the sales team about a new customer request.
  • Add Comment to Item. When a CRM entity reaches a certain stage, the automation rule adds a comment to the timeline. This can include important notes or deal status information.
  • Add Post. The automation rule can create a post in Feed to announce a won deal or invoice payment.
  • Create Group Chat. The automation rule can create a group chat with specified members for discussions, such as during agreement approval.
  • Add Members to Group Chat
  • Send Message to Group Chat
  • Send Message to Direct Chat
  • Send Email to an Employee
  • Send SMS to Employee
